Thanks for stopping by! I live in Colorado with my beautiful wife and twin 5 year old boys. I’ve been working in IT since 1999, helping my family’s small business navigate both the technical and business side of implementing IT solutions. Since that time, I’ve serviced various government, healthcare, and private sector customers. 

Along the way, I’ve especially enjoyed helping to not only provide solutions, but also to educate both customers and my peers along the way. This blog represents a personal goal of documenting processes/information in a way that I’ve found to be relatable and accurate. While there is an abundance of information, I’ve sometimes found it difficult to find accurate and up-to-date information.
